The representatives at Hapo Community Bank were exceptionally helpful to me. First off I was given excellent customer servants by the person who help pull up all my records. He made sure that everything was in order so it was very easy for me to follow up with that Home in addition to that I am a walker user and I had an incident with my walker where I fell in the lobby and there was such kind of shown to me and help in getting me up. Better than a 'regular' bank by far! I had been told by another branch that all I would need to get my adult daughter a bank account was her ID and negotiation there and it turns out she needs her ID social security number and some mail. But this branch was nice enough to send her some mail since she didn't have anything but packages at home which wouldn't have worked for their verification purposes. But it would have been nice if the other branch in Richland hadn't mislead me. I still don't have her account set up bc of eve... read more
