The staff couldn't be more professional and thorough. Every member on the team at this branch goes out of their way to give best service with sincere smiles. The customer focus starts at the top and that example applies here with a branch manager who leads by example and instills the team with a sense of service excellence as everybody's job!

Edgar had been so helpful with my retirement plan transfer and adding my beneficiary. I got the spelling incorrect so he had to do paperwork over but he did it with a big smile and calmness most wouldn't. If he didn't have answer for me he gladly reached out to someone that did and he passed it along to me. When I had problems with the fraud dept he handled it gracefully.
