I just wanted to share my experience May 22, 2026. I came to exchange some bills in order to get fresh new crisp bills for a trip that I’m going on and this was the first teller between three banks that actually went out of her way to help me even going to the other tellers and asking for their bills and I did not even ask her to do that. Super great customer service with a smile.Her name was Sophie and she is at the hildebrandt branch in Kennewick.

I have had so many wonderful experiences at this branch! Too many to count. They've helped me budget for a car, helped make car payments a smooth process, saved my butt when I realized mere days before a trip to Hawaii that I would need a credit card, they have notorized so many documents for me, both personal and business related, AND most recently, they helped me when the funds on my jury duty card were inaccessible. I recently visited the Kennewick branch and had a disappointing experience. The first issue was being questioned about why I was at this branch instead of my “home” branch in Hermiston. As a customer, I don’t feel I should have to justify which location I choose to visit, especially within the same bank. The overall attitude of the staff was also very rude and unwelcoming, which made the situation even more frustrating.
