Hapo is arguably the worst bank i have, always having online issues, slow customer service. I do NOT recommend
My wife banks with this place.
There is a reason they have a 3.5 or worse rating.I have never had such bad service in my life from a Credit Union.I.Keep calling them on a lost checkt they they sent to me .Every time I call they give me a different date on when to get it.Apparently they dont train their people or the managers are not trained.There been other issues with this credit union.When I went to STCU was told that they have quite a few that have left HAPO because of the mistakes and incompetence of the way they keep handling customers. No customer help. HAPO bought out another bank and have severely impacted customers whose finances have been taken over. The only bit of help offered if you can call it that has been we're sorry this transition has not been very smooth. It is absolutely irresponsible to impact people's finances without there asking and then act like its their problem.
