He's had my taxes since Feb, multiple call with messages have not heard a word.

They had our 2018 tax info by March 3, they never communicated with me even though I made multiple calls and e mails. On April 16 they left a message they filed an extension because they just couldn't get to me. Manny contacts after that with their fake promises, but they have done nothing. I am high and dry. Stay away from this company.

We were transitioned to Clearwater Tax Services when Tax Solutions Plus sold the practice to Mr. Boyer in early 2019. Clearwater Tax Services filed an extension for us in April but did not contact us thereafter. I made contact in early September and was told our taxes would be completed within a week. When I made contact again because there was no follow up, an unexpected out of state trip was the reason for the delay. Same story as others, transitioned from a TaxSolutions client for 8 years under Cathy who was great and unfortunately passed this August. Met Ron once in early Feb who I was told bought her business; gave him all my return info, followed up 5 times with only 1 response that it would be completed by mid Oct, which was missed. No responses to my numerous other calls and emails. They missed the extension deadline of Oct 15th and I have no idea if I even owe or am entitled to a return? Ron Boyer took my payment upfront for tax services and stole it. I called him for 2 months straight no answer. His girlfriend returned call stating they were in Ohio due to his daughter having a baby and he call me back next day. Never happened. Another month half later still can’t ahold of him. Voicemail was full. He returns an email saying he was ill and did poor job communicating. Ok then why didn’t the girlfriend call me??
