Of all the shipping lines, they have the most chaotic accounting ever. They constantly keep canceling an invoice and generate a new one, making me confuse which one is not canceled. Many times after payment is made, they cancel the invoices I paid months or years later. Then they make a new invoice and say you owe money for the same containers I paid months or years ago. If I could give zero stars, I would. Hapag has become the worst carrier in the industry. Their lack of customer service or even basic knowledge of international shipping makes me wonder how such a horribly run and staffed company can still be in business.
