We order boots through this website for my job but we ain’t doing this again. I talked to my manager and told him about it. We ordered 1 pair of boots NOT 5. Yet still they didn’t return my money for the “freight or shipping for those other pairs” I didn’t ask for all those and that was a system error which I talked to Lady named Sandy I was super patient. We only paid for like 90$ bucks or so for 1 pair including the shipping freight costs and not $385 for the other 4 pairs of boots. Yet I only will get reimbursed $273 !! T... read more

Did business with Hantover over the last 8 years but it was always at a minimum. When you place an online order, they pull from multiple warehouses so order tends to arrive in "pieces" rather complete at one time. As soon as the first piece arrives, they send you a bill for the entire order BEFORE all pieces are received. This created a REAL NIGHTMARE for my accounting people!!! Their prices appear lower than other supply houses but they use FedEx for delivery so the "delivered price" (i.e. price+tax+shipping) is about the s... read more
