Do not use for conveyancing. Absolutely no communication, only added 1 co-owner's contact details to the Section 118, despite our request to have both owners' contacts added. Made no efforts to negotiate on contract terms, they said it was "unlikely" we could negotiate the seller's added terms. Absolutely no reminders or communication to transfer the deposit before the due date.
