Went in to order a recliner after speaking to Matt last week.. Matt remembered that trip and greeted us like family. The process was super easy and Matt pointed out all the features of the chair we picked and explained the time frame to receive the new chair. What a refreshing experience when too many businesses don't even pay attention to shoppers.. Thank You Matt for the Great Experience. Probably why Hansen's has been in business since 1972....🙃🙃
I had the pleasure in meeting Matt and his father during their Memorial Day sale. Both of them were very professional and friendly. I was looking for a new mattress and recliner and both of them were extremely helpful. Also, their selection of furniture was vast compared to all the other furniture stores near me. Whatever you're searching for, there's a strong chance Hansen's got it.
Purchased a power recliner for my mom. It is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Hansen customer service is amazing. The delivery drivers were great. Overall, beyond 5 stars. I will shop Hansens again.
Very easy experience. I was able to go in and pick out the chair i wanted. The owner was great and answered all my questions. Will for sure be back the next time i need furniture
I recently bought a La-Z-Boy recliner at the Hansen's furniture store in Winton, Ca. I had a great experience shopping there. The owner was cordial and very attentive to our needs. I strongly recommend shopping there. Beautiful store and great customer service.
