Hand bought two recliners for 1k and had guy come fix them on my chase ended up having hump on it because he never pulled back the material back enough on seat. Never buy from them again.
Nightmare! Don’t give your hard earned dollars to this place. I was lied to, waited months for my furniture and they sold me the dinged up, scratched floor model. They are dishonest, overpriced and shady. I ordered a couch, dining room set and cabinet. Every single item was wrong or in poor condition. Don’t waste your time or money here.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, there was constant miscommunication. I had to call and email repeatedly, yet NEVER received a return call. The information I was given was never accurate, and I often felt misled about the timeline and expectations. It ultimately took 5 months to receive my furniture, and throughout that time, I only got updates when I called—often weekly—and even then, the updates were unreliable. Went in to order a recliner after speaking to Matt last week.. Matt remembered that trip and greeted us like family. The process was super easy and Matt pointed out all the features of the chair we picked and explained the time frame to receive the new chair. What a refreshing experience when too many businesses don't even pay attention to shoppers.. Thank You Matt for the Great Experience. Probably why Hansen's has been in business since 1972....🙃🙃
I finally received my chair and picked it up and it was the wrong color. Today is 8/21 and I left another message and no call back. 32 calls have been made to the Winton store. I have called Hansen’s 14 times and left 6 messages and they have not called me back. I received a tax from someone asking me to take photos of the bottom of the chair.
