Hand bought two recliners for 1k and had guy come fix them on my chase ended up having hump on it because he never pulled back the material back enough on seat. Never buy from them again.
2-11-2026 - We have been into this store 4 times over the past 4 months, looking for a Bedroom and Living room set... We finally made a decision and bought both... My girlfriend had an appointment and needed to leave, but after talking to the owner was assured the process would not take long and she could call back and add to the order or do changes within three days and still get the discount. I’ve done business with Hansen’s for years. I just bought a love seat and 2 chairs. So far I haven’t received them, but if they do business as usual I will be happy.
Nightmare! Don’t give your hard earned dollars to this place. I was lied to, waited months for my furniture and they sold me the dinged up, scratched floor model. They are dishonest, overpriced and shady. I ordered a couch, dining room set and cabinet. Every single item was wrong or in poor condition. Don’t waste your time or money here.
