Horrible customer service! Deliver damaged furniture and its been 15 months and its still not fixed. Store mgr Matt never calls back. They wsnt you to text and send pics so they dont have to talk to people if they are satisfied. Sent 20 plus texts/ pics.. nothing! But you better beleive they took my 5k
I enjoyed my experience at Hansens Furnature. Very nice show room. Nice customer service. I bought a Southern Motion recliner. Very comfortable. But it is hard to get the foot rest to lock in to get out of the chair. I have to kick it hard with my heel so I can get out of the chair. Did anyone have a similar? Any remedy? Hansen said they could put in a new mechanism but it would work the same as the original one.
Be careful to order any furnitures from Hansen's Furniture at the moment. I ordered from them since the end of July and paid full in cash and they have given me the run around. I understand Covid is slowing everything down...but it shouldn't be this long...At first they said it will be 30 to 45 days. Well by Sept. 25th they said they contacted the manufacturer and it's in line for production and will call me in 2 weeks with updates. I have had the worst experience with this store, and the sad thing is the furniture is good quality! The customer service at first was amazing, but after a few issues was horrible! I will not be recommending anyone here!!
It is a very good quality furniture and the costumer service is excellent. They don’t push you to buy anything but they are right there to help you to make a decision. It is clean and organized!! They do have a very good selection to choose from.
