Completely unresponsive customer service.
Excellent company! great service and selection! What I also liked is they list the breeze rating as well as CFM rating. Living in Florida, those are pretty critical attributes to be able to search by. On a whim i decided to call their number and I am glad I did. Eric was very helpful in selecting the right fan, which was not one I had put in my wish list! Website is not to be trusted. Placed order, to find out that they did not stock the item. The web site stated limited stock. Salesman was fast talker, with acidic phone manners, Needs a brush up on honesty and customer curiosity.
