Wrong size shoe. Forced to pay 30 to exchange/return. Ruthless.
Paid a hefty premium ($600+) for a wallet from a small business and it came rusted and falling apart. After sending pictures the day I received, they would not do anything to correct their error. DO NOT buy.
Wallets are deplorable, won’t accept refunds.
I ordered a new wallet and when it came in, it was like it was dry rotted. The divider seemed to be made of paper and was coming apart. And they refused to refund my order.
Great experience here with an online order and really happy with the customer service. Really friendly over the phone and made it simple. Great selection of Pendleton so will always look here first. 10/10
