Cindy has done our taxes for more than 15 years. She is thorough, kind, and honest. With all of the crazy changes within our tax system each year, we trust her to get us the best refund possible.
Awful place. They dragged their feet on doing my taxes until the deadline was almost up, and someone I know somehow owed over $10k when filing with them. With his new tax office, he now owes only roughly $1,000. No other life changes besides a new tax person. Makes me wonder what was going on with that extra money they supposedly said he owed... Take my advice and stay away.
They waited until last minute, despite my mailing ASAP express overnight mail. They call me and want to file a few dats before tge cut off date? I said No. After getting paid, they never sent me a copy of my taxes and receipt as promised. Nothing by mail and email, whoch both were promised. They came recommended, but I guess it takes the BBB to get a receipt and copy of my taxes. No matter how many calls I make, voicemails, and people I dprak.to, theres absolutely no follow through. I eould not recommend them to anyone.
