I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Bitter Neumann. I previously purchased an entire house full of furniture and appliances from Hansen’s, which is now Bitter Neumann, and I expected much better treatment as a longtime customer. My expensive microwave has broken multiple times, and they wanted to charge me a significant fee just to look at it and I brought it into the store myself. Had a washing machine that we bought and delivered they screwed up our electricity and just left us high and dry. I tried to call someone at the store. They won’t even answer their phones. I very highly recommend not doing any business there. They are very unprofessional very mean very rude and don’t know what they’re doing.
