Fast, Knowledgeable, Efficient. I went to get my RCMP records checked for immigration and was in and out very quickly. I was assisted by Paul. Where do i begin. I will start with the appearance, while it shouldn't be necessary to have an immaculate appearance upon arriving we noticed the sign outside had roughly 50% of the letters fallen off or deteriorated to the point of not being able to read. When we entered the front desk attendant took our ID's, which I'm not sure why that would be necessary for a 30 minute consultation but basically forgot to give them back to us until my partner had remembered to ask for them which is incredibly absent minded. The outside of the building was extremely run down . We could hardly read the sign as half the letters were missing . We decided to book with this law office as it has many positive reviews and on the phone we had a great initial conversation with whom we were speaking with. The inside of the building is just as ratty as the outside . When paying that amount of money for a service I expect a place to be well taken care of. Really good place to go if you need your finger prints included in your criminal record check. Don't need an appointment and it never takes long. I've been there three times and every time the staff in kind and helpful and the document comes on time in the mail
