Eric does a great job with tax prep, we haven't been very timely timely but rather than just pass on additional assistance he will take the opportunity to make digging comments. A simple no would have been great instead he decided to be less than professional. In no way am I saying that we were the easiest clients by any means and mean we are super behind and not timely, but some professionalism would have been appreciated.
