I have baked with Hanscom for years and they are getting worse and worse. They now charge a fee for card replacements, cashiers checks, and even worse if you go into the Dorchester location, you get the worst service!!! No one is ever Available you will see five people, but only one person is actually helping anyone. Today the big manager allowed four of us to sit for 10 minutes before she told us there was no Money their systems are not working!!! I’ve always had a great experience with this branch! They’re so helpful and always there when I need assistance.
3 hours on hold then they just hung up can’t get any help from anyone, new online banking doesn’t work canceling all accts this is crazy
Where is the staffing?! They will have people wait over 20 min for service an move like this don’t have a single care in the world. The customer service does not exist!
