Lucy Z.is great. Knowable and friendly
I've visited this location many of times during the off hours to utilize the ATM. Either there was a sign at the door saying the ATM is not available or I was not able to enter the lobby to use the ATM. The service at this branch is terrible. I live close to South Bay but have been recently traveling to the branch in Burlington MA to take care of any of my banking needs.
Went here tonight and doors to ATM door did not want to open. Tried different cards and would not open. Two ladies inside saw and just laughed. Great service ladies!
It’s sad because I used to love this bank now I agree with every comment on here it’s extreme how much they have changed in the last few years now they’re charging every little thing possible now every time I go to the bank after hours, their ATM is either shut down. You can’t get in the door. This is crazy. This bank sucks man.
