I’m very disappointed in my recent experience with Hanscom Federal Credit Union. After paying off my auto loan in full, I later discovered that an overpayment had been made, yet I was never notified of this. The credit union continued to withdraw $156.00 in inactivity and maintenance fees from the account without any warning or communication. Doris has been extremely helpful to me getting my lost debit card and application for a credit card approval processed. She has been the most helpful executive to me since I started banking with HFCU. She is very willing to understand the issue at hand and outlining the options available to move forward. She goes above and beyond!!
HFCU HAS BECOME THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. AFTER 12 YEARS OF BANKING WITH THEM, I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO USE ANY ONLINE BANKING BECAUSE OF THE RECENT OS UPDATE WHICH IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID-11. THE UPDATE WAS IMPLEMENTED WITHOUT ANY REGARDS TO MANY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT USING A ANDROID 12 OR HIGHER. NOW I HAVE TO SWITH BANKS WHILE I HAVE ESTABLISHED ALL MY FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS THROUGH HFCU. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE. FARIBA AMARY

Financed a 21 Harley-Davidson Road Glide with Hanscom FCU 3 years no problem now I can't register my motorcycle some technicality they are the lien holder I pay them extra money every single month never missed a payment they give me some org number and tell me to find my own title. What do I pay you for. It would be nice if you just did your own job
