They are nice but don't know how to do anything. The cherry on top was when they messed up my wire transfer (it wasn't sent for 4 days and i was given a bs excuse) and check deposit (deposited it to wrong account) which cost me hundreds of dollars in interest. I made a mistake going to this branch because it's close by- never again.
This is a review of Hanscom as an institution, including but not limited to this location. Absolutely horrid customer service. Loan department practically ignored half of my information, then wasted over a week of my time providing several reasons (all of which invalid) they were no longer able to approve me. Hire competent individuals to handle things that make or break peoples livelihood. What a joke
Very convenient location and wonderful staff.
