Where do I begin? The new app is a joke. I don't know what you guys did but I haven't been able to get into my account for a week now and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service. Worst credit union ever.
On hold for over an hour. No way to contact anyone
3 hours on hold then they just hung up can’t get any help from anyone, new online banking doesn’t work canceling all accts this is crazy
If you have a used car loan through them, May the lord have mercy on you! Worst loan company to work with ever!
Post office told me to go here to cash money order because they don't carry cash. Credit union won't cash it because I'm not a member. What a joke. And to think the money order is government issued.
