Post office told me to go here to cash money order because they don't carry cash. Credit union won't cash it because I'm not a member. What a joke. And to think the money order is government issued.
Very friendly and professional staff
Being a member for several years and requested to close my account over the phone. They refused to do so. I spoke with a call center representative named "Tom" who said they can't assist with my request but wanted to know my account number. We'll if you don't close accounts over the phone regardless of verification of the customer then why are you asking for my information. Honestly they should advertise "use online banking because the representatives are not helping you today"
Absolutely awful experience working with them on paying off my used car loan through them. Customer support takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get someone on the line. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
