I used Jack on recommendations from a friend and family, unfortunately i had a terrible experience using jack to do my tax work . My last accountant had passed away or i’d be promptly returning to him. Took a very long time to get my taxes prepared, almost a year . Called multiple times and he seemed busy or uninterested in helping the situation. Very poor customer service. Also extremely expensive, more than double what i was paying with the other firm .
