Beautiful construction and restoration of violins and other string instruments.
I bought a USD 14,000 violin from Hans Weisshar in California many years ago. I recently requested an opinion on its approximate value in today’s market, sending a copy of the original appraisal issued by Weisshar, plus many photos. I have kept this violin at home in its case, and haven’t played much on it, so the condition is the same as when I purchased it.
