This man definitely needs a refresher course on the law. His legal secretary knows more than he does. Constantly interrupts the conversation to ask her. Then when a mistake is made on his end he passes the buck and blames anyone else. Also how rude is it to speak in German in front of your clients. My friend had the worst experience ever. Something simple took a month longer and she had to involve another person to get the results. Get a legal refresher and some manners!
