Our experience with Hans for our first-time home purchase was deeply disappointing. While initially helpful with a weekend certificate of finance, his service quickly deteriorated. He provided an overly optimistic initial rate range, then locked us in at the highest end, requiring us to purchase points to even get that rate. Theoughout the process Hans was incredible to work with patient and detailed in educating me on the mortgage process and considerations . So fast and responsive whenever I had questions or wanted to move forward with an offer. As a first-time home buyer, I had lots of questions going into the process. Hans was friendly, helpful, and clear; he offered patient, communicative support throughout the mortgage process; and CCM provided a platform/portal that was easy to use for the many documents needed. Ultimately, he was able to close on our loan and house purchase notably faster than I believe I would have experienced with many other banks. Would recommend!
