We have rented from here several times now. Competitive pricing and a lot less hassle than with the bigger rental companies. We travel an hour specifically to use them. The empress are always pleasant and helpful and total time in and out is around 10-15 minutes
Amaya was courteous professional! While we were traveling, we had a mechanical breakdown, and she was able to get us a rental car on no notice. And it only took a matter of a few minutes. We highly recommend.
Wanted to give a shoutout to Hanover Auto Team Rentals for being so great! My VW has been in the shop, waiting parts, and I have been dealing with them for my loaner car. Unfortunately, I was rear ended in the first loaner vehicle they provided me with.
