To Whom It May Concern, I want to thank everyone at the Hanover Hearing Center for taking the time to help address the severe hearing problem my visiting mother was having with her existing hearing aids. The staff is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Their professionalism and empathy are wonderful!
My mother was reluctant to get a hearing test for fear of finding out what we already knew, she could not hear well. After meeting with Victoria her fears have diminished and she was excited to be able to hear many things she was missing before. I would recommend Hanover Hearing to anyone and feel confident they will leave quite satisfied.
