I cannot begin to say enough good things about Hanover Hall. My mother was in a nursing home in York for almost 3 years before we were able to get her back to Hanover. She has late stage dementia and needs full assistance for daily living. Hanover Hall has FAR exceeded our expectations. They are a great job. Keep up the good job
My mom is receiving care there at the moment. Staff friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Only downside..and it's HUGE is the food (if you can call it that) is horrible. You really need to do something to improve the quality of the "food". Serving fresh salads and real veggies that are steamed would be nice. And a fresh banana should be yellow and creamy color inside not rotten on outside and black inside. C'mon!
Truly recommend Hanover hall for your love ones. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
