Only thing good here is the liquor and the gambling machines. Food is WELLL EXPIRED(Have seen dates from 2023) and priced IMMENSELY wrong. This place use to be good with the old owners years ago. I honestly don’t even know how this place is still in business. Especially when most shelves are bare.
As someone that has worked at a grocery store, I do not recommend this place.. i seen bags of cheese that were bloated up and when I said something to them, they put them back on the shelf. Bags of cheese blowed up because they've gotten warm and bacteria has grown, which can make you extremely sick. Emma's place is continuing to sell it
Consistent bad produce. Waited up front for 5+ minutes until someone finally came out of the room, just for the prices to be higher than advertised. Don’t want to put a 1 star because the staff is friendly but, if another market opened in town I’d rather go there.
I would avoid this place at all costs!! The “fresh” produce was rotten, moldy tomatoes and black bananas! We bought 3 bottled sodas and didn’t realize we should have checked the expiration dates, but all 3 were expired by several months! It doesn’t appear they care to check any of their product and will sell whatever in any condition. Disgusting and irritated that we won’t be able to drink any of the sodas.
