They represented me in a sensitive matter involving my children, and looking back with legal knowledge and experience, I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of challenge and advocacy on my behalf. I instructed Hanne & Co in relation to a child arrangements matter that has been ongoing for just over two years. Over that period, my case went from inconsistent contact, to no contact at all, to Cafcass recommending only indirect contact via letters. The court ultimately reinstated direct contact, including overnights.
