Very disappointed in the service we received. We were hoping to build a long trusting relationship with a CPA but unfortunately left feeling like an after thought and over charged. We got our return back the night before it was due with a please sign ASAP message. We found an error with the short time we had to review it. We were charged $500 for a simple tax return and when we asked why he didn’t save us money vs the turbo tax option we already tried he basically told us we should have used turbo tax then.
