Absolutely a gem, it is one of the best department type shops I've ever been to. Great value prices, staff are so helpful, excellent range of clothes, sportsware, footwear and homewards. We visit Hanna's whenever we are in Toowoomba, sometimes we even drive there from Brisbane just for the superlative experience. Also you can shop on line! But not as much joy!
Absolute first class online buying experience. Took a punt never having heard of Hannas before and blown away by the service. My item (hat) was so beautifully wrapped and boxed so it would arrive without damage. Thank you. The reviews on here are spot on. Hope to visit in store one day.

Free parking right at the rear of the store isa beautiful touch. Old fashioned service, skilled sales people. My favourite shop in Toowoomba.
