Started off well back in 2017 but things started going downhill when Rachel left. They stuffed us up a few times, failed to sort our our JobKeeper, very poor communication and last minute cancellations of meeting are the things we had to endure. They did attempt at helping us promote our business, hence the 2 stars, but this was not enough to make up for the poor services we were receiving. Jacquie, Aaron and the team at Hannans were fantastic to deal getting a loan for a house purchase. They made the process a breeze for us, answered any queries super quickly, and took out all the complications by negotiating with the lenders and setting out our options in a clear and easy to follow way. Couldn't recommend them more highly. They were super friendly and professional to deal with.
