Hannah’s guidance and expertise was invaluable to us during the lending process. As with any large purchase, the details can be arduous at times. That was not the case while working with Hannah. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding a lender. Hannah and her team at HomeTown made me feel better right away in the first phone call. I needed “hand holding” through the whole thing and Hannah never made me feel bad about that and answered all my questions promptly and with encouraging words. They kept me well informed and we’re easy to communicate with. My home insurance quote came back high and Hannah made sure I was not over paying and still getting correct coverage. Can’t go wrong with Hannah at HTL.
