I’ve been a loyal customer of HMC Clinic for over 3 years, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The service has become unreliable, and they cancelled an appointment I had booked well in advance — with only 48 hours’ notice. Went to there London clinic twice (lip and mid face) and both have required me to go to another salon due to them injecting filler incorrectly. The lips had migrated, and despite commenting this to the staff they said this was ‘normal’ and dissolving would cost a further £100 on top of the amount paid to actually get it in the first place which was completely wasted. Amazing!!! Leanne on reception was lovely made us feel so welcome and comfortable as we were really nervous waiting for our first lip enhancement. Hannah was great we didn't feel a thing!! I, especially wanted natural lips and that's what I got I love them & would recommend Hannah to everyone!!
Did botox at their baker street clinic in London and the results are amazing , going back again for a tear trough and lip filler ! Plus the products they use are premium. I forgot the name of the Practitioner but it was the lady who attends the clinic on Saturday (if this helps to identify her ), she is brilliant at the job , a 10/10 !!
