I went today for the first time to the Liverpool clinic for naso labial fillers. I was blown away with Lauren, every aspect of the service. I will be returning very soon for a different service. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!!
Once again I have had a fa fabulous experience from the lovely welcome when I enter the door, to the professional step by step treatment I received by amazing Hannah. I felt amazing when I left. Not to mention the detailed care instructions sent before my appointment. Who could ask for more.
I’ve been a loyal customer of HMC Clinic for over 3 years, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The service has become unreliable, and they cancelled an appointment I had booked well in advance — with only 48 hours’ notice. Specifically, a Botox review appointment was cancelled, leaving me with two poor options: trust a practitioner I had never seen before to do it right first time or cancel both appointments. Went to there London clinic twice (lip and mid face) and both have required me to go to another salon due to them injecting filler incorrectly. The lips had migrated, and despite commenting this to the staff they said this was ‘normal’ and dissolving would cost a further £100 on top of the amount paid to actually get it in the first place which was completely wasted.
