Hannagans was contacted through the Department of Communities to complete some repairs on my house. They arrived at my premises without an appointment while I was at work and left a “we missed you” slip which noted I may be charged for transport due to having not been present. I spoke to a representative who said I had missed a number of phone calls, and they would need to close the job order, despite having missed one call while I was myself working. I had a small job reinstalling a wood heater into an old and irregular fireplace. Despite the floor not being level, the walls being out of plumb and some bricks intruding into the space they managed to get the very heavy insert into position. Very impressive work and attention to detail. Would recommend this firm to anybody wanting a good plumber or fireplace installer

Worst experience I ever had. Charged labour thrice for ONE job. When asked for it, I received rude reply with gesture. Never ever will call for service again. But the technician was very nice guy.
