Today at Hannaford a product had a very difficult price tag to read. The cost I read on the product was substantial different than what was scanned when checking out The cashier contacted Missy , customer service manager who took the product back to the department who said the price I read was incorrect. Missy came back and I explained that I should be paying the price that is on the product although it may be wrong. Love Hannaford prices are great
I asked for the deli to make me a sandwich platter the day of a party and they were nice enough to make me one in such short notice... when I got there I walked up to the counter and the girl who was working the seafood counter was really rude and wouldn’t even go get my platter for me. She said “I don’t want to get it so I’m not getting it.” The man who got my platter was very nice though. For the other worker (the girl in seafood), should not be working there with her bad attitude
I love this Hannafords the BEST! They have the most knowledgeable and caring employees. Their Floral, Produce, Meat, Bakery and Seafood depts. are top notch along with all the other depts. The sunlight roof with the two tall trees upon entering the store give you a sense of beauty and calm. The wide aisles offer stress free shopping.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED to see the Butcher Shop Gone I stopped going to Shaw's because you are close to home and loved the Meat Dept. and all they guy's that worked there. This is really going to change my shopping now.
The overall exprience is pleasant but don't buy meat here. Each and every time in it meat here it spoils the next day. That is completely not OK
I love shopping there. The produce is fresh and the selection is great. It's clean and has friendly staff.
Once again I have to say how impressed I am with yours entire Staff in all dept are so helpful and kind. MELANIE inTHE Bakey TO Ann in stocking shelves.I want you to know I was a Price Chopper shopper until I started bring a Clent in a wheelchair shopping, they treat him with the upmost respect. My husband whom is also handicapped is glad I traded stores your staff will change containers to make opening products doable for my husband when he's home alone. So thank you for your clean store,good selections and the best staff.
