I have done my own taxes for many years, and I have paid other professional businesses to do my taxes for many years as well. I have NEVER heard of a company charging an individual who is only 24 years old with only a W2, $700 to do his returns. A friend recommended them and said they only charged him $100-$300, max. Which is all it should be. This is an ABSURD amount. I believe these people scammed me. I submitted my taxes and everything they asked for an amendment on March 24 and paid $80. It's now October and I have heard nothing. I have called several times and I'm always told "She'll be working on you next week. " Then next week comes and nothing. I feel they scammed me for $80. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. Be very wary of this place.

Horrible place to do your tax I been with this company for years now since my foster mother passed they took mymoney for 2020 taxes I never owe this company nun they pray on your money but that 14157 is filed with irs hopefully I'll be seeing my money soon
