Went in today to shop and bring back a pair of sweatpants that I purchased late this fall for my almost two year old son that have developed a hole in them already. They are only a couple of months old, and for $36 I had hoped they would hold up better. I purchased 4 pairs originally and these are the only pair that show any signs of wear. None of my child’s other clothing has developed holes in them so I assumed they would honor their “unconditional guarantee” and exchange the product for me. Best kids clothes hands down. Overpriced? Ok. But you get a lifetime guarantee! Once they are hand-me-downs, they still look and feel brand new!
Adorable clothes but this location wasnt very friendly. I will continue to order online.
