After getting an initial quote from Nick Chotos he tried to add a substantial amount when it came time to sign a contract. Later we paid $3000 for an exam that was never completed and $2000 for an evidentiary hearing that didn't take place at all. He indicated that he would perform some duties gratis for which later he wanted to be compensated.
