I worked with them on a loan with Carrington. My experience with Carrington was a complete nightmare. When I hired these folks I thought the cost was a little steep - but they delivered everything we discussed and as promised. They handled everything with their contact person at Carrington and saved me about $460.00 every month and got me out of a looming foreclosure. These guys were worth every cent!!
I went through a tough time recently and these people really helped me and my family get out of a really bad situation. I had tried working with my bank directly and kept getting denied because I had a government mortgage. It turned out that these people specialize specifically in government loans and they got me approved. I got caught up with my mortgage and my payment dropped a pretty good chunk.
They took wonderful care of my daughters legal issues. Great caring staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. My son in law is working with them now on an issue as well. We refer them often to friends and family. Ask for Phillip. He always answers your questions and is very helpful.
