I used to be a big fan. But I received two pair that were defective this summer. Customer service said they would take no responsibility because I bought them at Bloomingdale’s and not from them directly! I sent them an email which listed receipts from a number of times I have bought directly from them and took a picture of a pile of 20+ pair of hanky-panky that I have in my drawer now, told them that I had been wearing the brand for 10+ years … and they could not give a damn!
