We bought a King bed and dresser. The Sale's man promised us that he would get extra slats for the bed when delivered. Well, they didn't come in with the delivery and now the manger that is there is like it's not my problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this store unless you like to get lied to.
Best furniture store in Destin! No comparison. The staff is very friendly and the selection is beutifull.
I'll admit I usually don't enjoy dealing with salesmen, but the experience my wife and I had at Hank's was actually very good! Steve showed us around the floor, helping us find the glider and ottoman we were looking for. He wasn't pushy, and he listened patiently to what we were looking for. Big plus for me! Hanks has been to my house 5 times to fix furniture that’s broken. No one helps in the store. After weeks of waiting they say the couch is broken we will replace. Another two weeks to get it. The love seat is broken as well and he’s been here twice already and it’s still broke. Do not go here.
Justin and Luis have great customer service skills. I have been in several times and each time I was treated with respectful and helpful service.
Wonderful experience here. Brandi Reymundo is an awesome salesperson. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Highly recommended.
Darry Shoemore provided us with excellent customer service every time we visited the store. We had a problem with an item we previously bought and he went above and beyond to replace the item. Will shop there in the future.
I originally called to get a price on a couch I liked. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and nice, Kelvin is his name. Later that evening my husband and I came into the store and we met Kelvin in person. He was not pushy or did not try to sell us what he thought we should get. He let us look around at our own pace and only gave his opinion when we asked. We were literally in and out of the store within less than 1 hour. Buyer beware they do not like to take returns. 25% restocking fee so you only get 75% of your money back. Also only refunds 75% of warranty on furniture you returned.
