Bought dual recliner in August 2025. 5 months later has broke down and leans. Computers ALWAYS down and no response on email. BBB reviews are horrible! Never, ever again will I purchase from Hanks. It isn't "Fine" furniture. It's pieces of junk! I will not stop until I get a refund! Blake, the manager at Jonesboro isn't managing well at all! The entire store is a joke! Beware and go elsewhere like Harris where furniture lasts forever! Should have known better because they screwed my in-laws as well!

Purchased a sofa and loveseat with surround sound built in. 1. No one told us there were certain brands of television it doesn’t work with. We were assured it worked on all smart tvs. When we got it delivered it didn’t work. On the phone they said “yea, it doesn’t work with your brand of smart tv. Sorry the sales guy is new and didn’t know that”. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on a new tv at Christmas time. Not what we wanted to do. 2. The Bluetooth is bad. Period.
