I purchased $2,600 in living room furniture. 4 pieces. 2 pieces arrived very used and one piece arrived very broken, and very used. My hardwood floors were just refinished and a nail sticking out of one piece put in a deep scratch on my floor. I called them. Nicki called back, kept making promises.
