in the last week My couch broke in half on the bottom!! Only have had it 3 months!! The original sales person was great. He had an emergency with a client and had to leave so another gentlemen had to help. We bought 2 love seats 1 couch 2 end tables and one coffee table. He didn't mention the tables were from the floor they had dings that the maintenance crew had to buff out and paint over. My husband and I purchased a couch and love seat last weekend. The sales people weren't pushy at all; we were able to walk the entire store, sit on whatever we wanted, and were left alone to make our own decision. Occasionally our salesperson, Harry, would let us know what kind of deal was going on for the couch we were considering but he did so very professionally. I purchased the Bliss Dark Brown Leather Power Loveseat and was extremely happy with the features, price and quality of the piece. The loveseat was ordered and I was given an expected delivery date. When this date was not met, the manager of the store immediately stepped in and made things right by delivering the floor model to my home to be used until my new loveseat was delivered. I loved the customer service at this Hanks location. I went there looking for bedroom furniture for my children and after visiting a number of stores I can assure anyone looking for furniture that the customer service I received from one gentleman by the name of Lee was outstanding. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable of the different products they have to offer. I will be returning for future purchases due to the reasonable prices and customer service that I was provided.

My daughter and I went into Hanks on Bowman Rd. a few days ago and were virtually ignored by the sales staff. We walked through the store and browsed and not one person walked up to us and asked if we needed assistance. I was going to complain to the management, but my daughter said screw them if they don't want our money..so we left.
