Hanks has been to my house 5 times to fix furniture that’s broken. No one helps in the store. After weeks of waiting they say the couch is broken we will replace. Another two weeks to get it. The love seat is broken as well and he’s been here twice already and it’s still broke. Do not go here.
I loved the customer service at this Hanks location. I went there looking for bedroom furniture for my children and after visiting a number of stores I can assure anyone looking for furniture that the customer service I received from one gentleman by the name of Lee was outstanding. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable of the different products they have to offer. I will be returning for future purchases due to the reasonable prices and customer service that I was provided.
My daughter and I went into Hanks on Bowman Rd. a few days ago and were virtually ignored by the sales staff. We walked through the store and browsed and not one person walked up to us and asked if we needed assistance. I was going to complain to the management, but my daughter said screw them if they don't want our money..so we left. mshel. When I read your review I thought that I must have already written one. Your Experience has been the same as my families. Refusal to Follow through on their promises. Definitely not a Fine piece of furniture. They say we will call you back tomorrow and months will go by and they never respond. Our next step will be contacting 7 on your side and maybe just hang out at the store some weekend. Then I can greet all the customers and share with them the experience we have had. I don't want to even give them 1 star.
Hanks has refused to follow through on their promIses to repair my sofa. I've lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I've sent trying to Get this taken care of. At this point I have this large pile of leather at my house where the serviceman came but left without repairing it. Don't shop there.
06/14/12 • Awesome Job I had a great manager over sales that sold me a nice 10 year warranty mattress. The manager of Hank's was so nice and caring. He went over the time frame of making sure I was pleased. I will always shop at this Hank's store.It seems like family the way I was treated. No one ever treated me this way before.This manager made sure my items were delivered on time,till he delivered them himself before all elevators at my apartment were shut down. About two weeks ago the new Hanks & More store opened.....I watched the building go up & knew it was going to be big........the building is beautiful....but wow...wow.....the inside is amazing! Thomasville, Bernhardt, Lexington, Henredon and Kincaid galleries and all the other great furniture that Hanks sells. Hanks has been selling furniture in Arkansas for a long time, and does his own commercials....the new store has a very cool kids zone....some fabulous contemporary furniture and the prices on the accessories is great. ... read more
