I bought a recliner from Hanks Furniture in Jan. 2021. I purchased an extended warranty for the recliner and after 16 months the colors on the leather weren't there anymore. I waited because of covid for over two months to get the product even though the manager told us 2 weeks. We keep all our furniture covered with a breathable cover and when we took the cover of there was several spots with no color. *****BUYER BEWARE***** Do NOT do business with these folks. Very misleading and manipulative and they DO NOT stand behind their products. In 2019 I spent approx 9k on new furniture from them. The salesperson was eager to please and VERY eager to sell us a warranty. 3 of the pieces we purchased were a couch, loveseat and ottoman. EXTREMELY disappointing... We were so excited to go shopping for our new home. We purchased a sectional, two bedroom sets and other misc. pieces in store. The salesman was kind...but not very bright. We were overcharged by over $600 for a warranty?!? Okay, just wait for it to go back. No problem. But wait! Then the sectional we ordered (and were told "congratulations! Hanks furniture as a company I believe is a great place to get furniture and the salesmen are very nice and helpful, but the manager (Scott Rankin) is a rude and obnoxious liar. On several different purchases scott said he was ordering furniture from his warehouse (in Arkansas) to be delivered, but in reality he took damaged/repaired items off his sales floor and wrapped it up to look new and be sold at full price. VERY FRUSTRATED. We ordered a sectional and waited 10 weeks to only get half of it. Its been 3 weeks and STILL have not received the other half and cannot get a answer on when it will be here. how do they NOT KNOW where it is? Shouldn't there be tracking on it??? WILL NEVER BUY FROM HANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service! i just left without a single person ever even greeting us. 8 people working and only 2 other customers in the entire store. one person got to speak to someone they worked there, us and the other gentlemen there got ignored completely. I'll never be back. the owners of Hank's should be appalled, the management should be embarrassed, and the staff should be replaced. This is completely unacceptable!
