Ok rant for the day. Sorry but I can't help it. Ok so I went shopping for a new mattress today and started at the Furniture Over Stock place across from Burger King on Rogers. I currently have a Serta and looking for another one. They have them there. Lady was awesome to work with but didn't want to buy the 1st one I looked at. Oh and by the way their prices are cheap. So I went down to Hanks Fine Furniture. And found the VERY SAME mattress that was at Over Stock but I didn't let the dude know that but he did say they price ... read more
My wife and I worked with a young man (Jay) at the Fort Smith, AR location. He was attentive but not pushy. Shared his product knowledge and even made a couple of calls to search for specific items for us. We finalized our decisions and he secured our items for a future delivery. Great service. Bought a couch about 5 years ago and the texture of the couch is absolutely flaking off. Falling apart way too fast for just normal use.
