We had a great experience at Hank’s Furniture in Searcy. Latasha was very helpful in determining which pieces of furniture would work in our space. Highly recommended!!
The manager at the Searcy location is all you could ask for and a manager/salesperson. He is kind, pleasant, easy to speak to, not pushy and helpful. We love our new sofa. It's comfy and seems to be very well built. It doesn't look or feel cheap at all. We bought this to replace 2 recliners. Our main goal was to find something comfortable, but also something that our dog could sit between us. He's 60 lbs with long legs, so that's not an easy task, but you can see in the photo he fits just fine.
We went into the store to simply look at furniture. Recliners in particular. LaTasha Matthew's greated us at the door with a smiling face, told us who she was and if we needed her, just let her know. (We had just left Ashley's home Furniture because of an overbearing saleslady.) I wasn't in the mood to be followed around or in need of an interior designer lol. Latasha was great. And patient with us! Very informed of their inventory, and was able to answer all our questions. It made a stressful purchase so much easier!
Ms. Latasha was very friendly and my wife and I enjoyed buying our new sofa and chair from her.
