I will never walk in Searcy hanks as long as I live. I bought a couch and love seat on march 1st and was told by Latasha it was the last one and 50th anniversary sale so I bought it and paid for it and was told it would be delivered the next week so I woul have time to get my old one out of my house. I hate to talk bad about someone or a business, BUT, wrong is wrong!!!! I will NEVER again buy or even go into a Hank's Furniture store again😡We went looking for a new couch and eventually went there. Even though I only wanted a couch the salesperson ended up selling us a couch and love seat , because it was a good deal,$800 off the love seat when you bought the couch. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hank’s. I ordered a sectional and table on February 18th and was told the ETA was March. When I called at the beginning of March, I was informed that everything except the sectional wedge was in, the new ETA for the wedge is now May after I was told March. Based on this, I made the trip—over an hour with a trailer—only to be told that none of my furniture was actually at the store, but rather at the distribution center in North Little Rock. My family and I bought an amazing Couch, Loveseat, Recliner set from Latasha today, she was very friendly and patient with us on our quest.
Latasha Matthews was an amazing store manager!! We walked in and immediately she was able to tell what it is that we were looking for and we got our purchase! I highly recommend Latasha, she is patient and understands her customers even if you are a first time customer!
