Really pleased with the level of service at Hanks. The guy has been in business for 55 years and it shows. We were in the market for a saddlebag carrier and Hank was more than helpful. He didn’t try and up sell us and gave us some ideas that would save us money (ie: putting a piece of plastic on the saddlebag frame rather than buying a fender). Really pleased with his level of knowledge and service. Thanks Hank!
Always the best choice in Nanaimo. Hank can and will fix any bike, rates are great and he matches the parts to the needs of the rider. Listen to him, he rides every day.
