Since finding Hankins Eastup, all of that worry has completely gone out the door. They made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free, and now taxes are honestly a breeze. I will never use another company again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind during tax season.
Staff was so nice, they mailed me a packet to gather all the things I needed to get my taxes done. They make a stressful thing so easy. I drop off everything they asked for, they call me when done and I go pick everything up! If you need taxes done or an audit this is the place to go!
The receptionist is extremely rude . They won't answer their phones all voicmails are full. I had to drive an hour to communicate with them.
Best accounting company ever. Heidi at Hankins, Eastup, Deaton, Tonn & Seay handled my taxes flawlessly. Everyone else I dealt with in the office were complete professionals from start to finish, from when I first called them to introduce myself and request their services all the way until the end of the process. If they keep this up they have my business for life. I can't say enough good things about this company.
